Before applying please ensure you meet the following criteria
The travel visa has to be issued before you leave the UK. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to depart.
You should apply for the Saudi visa no more than 3 months in advance of your journey.
The standard single entry visa is valid for 3 months.
You must have an original passport whose validity must not exceed that of the visa by at least one month. Otherwise you will need to renew your passport.
You must have at least one page empty in your passport so the visa can be stuck inside. Otherwise you will need to renew your passport.
If you are a UK resident but do not hold a UK passport, you will also need a utility bill that dates back at least 6 months, this is to prove that you have been resident in the UK for this period of time or more.
All visa applications must have an invitation letter.

1. Download the Saudi Arabian Visa application form here print it and complete it for each person that wishes to apply.
Important note for all visa applications: You need to collect 2 Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day 9am service envelopes from your post office.
Address the first envelope to yourself where you want the new passport and visa to be delivered. Address the second envelope to Passport and Visa Service.
Don’t trust the Royal Mail? If you would prefer to use a courier we can recommend Mailboxes Etc who will arrange delivery of your documents to us in a specified time frame.
Include your completed application form, photographs, passport, payment if paying by cheque, any additional documents (as required in the criteria for applying) and the first self addressed envelope.
2. Obtain photographs. You will need 2 passport photos per person applying. Please attach these to the completed visa application.
3. Saudi Arabian visa options and prices. There are 6 different types of visa you can apply for:

The above prices are inclusive of the travel visa and the courier service.
Saudi Arabian visas are processed daily and delivered in your selected time frame.
Note: These dates can change slightly if there are UK or Saudi Arabian holidays included or there are delivery issues beyond our control.
