Nigeria visas are processed every Friday and delivered to the customer the following Thursday.

Note: These dates can change slightly if there are UK or Nigerian holidays included or there are delivery issues beyond our control (unlikely – we always go the extra mile to get your visa to you on time).

1. Download the Nigerian Visa application

Here print it and complete it for each person that wishes to apply.

2. Obtain your passport sized photographs

You will need 2 passport photos per person applying. Please attach these to the completed application.

3. Visa delivery details and requirements (what you have to do)

You need to collect 2 Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed next day 9am service envelopes from your post office.

Address the first envelope to yourself where you want the new passport and visa to be delivered. Address the second envelope to Passport and Visa Service.

Don’t trust the Royal Mail any more? Alternatively if you would prefer to use a courier we can recommend Mailboxes Etc who will arrange delivery of your documents to us in a specified time frame.

Include your completed application form, photographs, passport, payment if paying by cheque, any additional documents (as required in the criteria for applying) and the first self addressed envelope.

4. Three easy payment options for you to choose from

i. Write a cheque out to Passport and Visa Services Ltd. and return it with your application form.

ii. Or call us on 0844 357 9667 to make a payment over the phone with your preferred debit or credit card.

iii. Or use our Paypal link below (you do not need a Paypal account to use this service and costs no more), selecting the service you require. Payment will be accepted by 1st Premier Leisure on behalf of passport and visa service.

Before applying please ensure you meet the following criteria

1. The visa has to be issued before you leave the UK for Nigeria. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to depart.

2. You should apply for the Nigerian travel visa no more than 3 months in advance of your journey.

3. The Nigerian visa is available in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months versions for both tourist and business use.
4. Tourist visas require a letter of invite from the friend/relation as well as a copy of their Nigerian passport photo page. If they are not Nigerian their visa stamp is required plus passport photo page.The Nigerian Embassy will only issue a 6/12 month visa if you already have a visa stamp in your passport.

5. You must have at least 6 months remaining on your passport from the date you intend to depart and return to the UK. Otherwise you will need to renew your passport.

6. You must have at least one page empty in your passport so the visa can be stuck inside. Otherwise you will need to renew your passport.

7. If you are a UK resident but do not hold a UK passport, you will also need a utility bill that dates back at least 6 months, This is to prove that you have been resident in the UK for this period of time or more.

8. Nigerian tourist visas require ‘Travel Confirmation and Itinerary’ to be supplied. These can be obtained from the travel agent you have used to book your holiday.

9. Nigerian Business visas require an invitation letter from the Nigerian and UK employer to be  supplied.
