HOW OUR OVERSEAS PASSPORT SERVICE WORKS
1. After initial contact to discuss your circumstances we will send you a couple of forms (with instructions), and a request for authorisation to act on your behalf. This is sent to you by international registered post to arrive within 7 days approximately. At this point we will ask you for a non refundable £50 deposit to cover costs and administration.
2. Send us back the completed form and authority letter by the same method or DHL, FedEx if you so wish.
3. Once we receive the documents we will notify you by email that all we have everything and if everything has been filled out correctly. The forms are then kept securely in our office awaiting your arrival date back into the UK.
4. When you have a confirmed an arrival date back into the UK please notify us so that we can be ready to receive your old passport and 2 photos.
5. On arrival into the UK please go to the Post Office and send your existing passport and 2 new photos to us using the Royal Mail 9am special delivery service or if you are nearby you can visit us directly at our office in Southsea.
6. We will begin processing the passport application the same day we receive your old passport and photos and take the final payment of £249 from the card we used to debit your initial deposit.
7. We will then send your new passport to a designated UK address of your choice using the Royal Mail special 9am delivery service or you may prefer to collect it in person from our Southsea office the next day.
Total payment required is £299. This includes the £50 deposit and all courier fees, service fees and UK passport costs.
Please note downloadable forms are not acceptable.
Passport photos must be taken in the UK and be no older than one month – (check out our passport photo specifications page).
All payments are made by Debit / Credit card only.
