For us to help you will need to supply us with a letter of authority. This allows us to collect your passport on your behalf (passport renewals only, not first time passports).

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING EXPRESS PASSPORT SERVICES: Lost/stolen/damaged and 1st time applications cannot be done on 24/48hr service.

1. We need your last 10 year passport. If you don’t have this then you will have to apply for an adult first time passport. Or click if you require a children’s passport.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
- You cannot use an old 1 year passport
- If your passport is damaged except for normal wear and tear – for example the laminate is peeling back from the photograph page you will need to apply for a adult first time passport here.

2. If your name has changed since your last passport we will need proof of this. For example if you have recently been married then a marriage certificate is required. If a change of name a then a change of name deed.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ENGLISH LANGUAGE:
All documents must be originals (not photocopies) and be in English. Any documents not in English must be translated by an official translation school (i.e Government approved).

3. For our express service (24 or 48 hour) please prepare a letter of authority

4. Get 2 identical passport photographs

5. Get a passport application form from your nearest post office and fill it out using BLACK INK only

6. Only fill out the following sections

- Adult renewal

- Personal Details

- Existing passport number

- If you were born after 31st December 1982 complete your Parent/Guardian details

- Signature of applicant must remain inside the white box

Note: Section 10 must be completed ONLY if you cannot be identified from your new passport photograph compared to your previous 10 year passport photograph.

If this is the case, this section is to be completed by the counter-signatory in their own handwriting.

7. One of the passport photographs must be signed by your counter-signatory with the following: ‘I certify that this a true likeness of (your name), signed (their name)

8. Pay for your passport renewal service in 3 easy ways

9. Send us the completed form and the old passport (if relevant).

Note: For our 24 and 48 our service you need to collect 2 Royal Mail special delivery envelopes.

Address the first envelope to yourself where you want the new passport to be delivered.

Address the second envelope to passport and visa service.
