For us to be able to collect your passport you will need to supply us with a letter of authority (renewals only).

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION: We are sorry but lost, stolen, damaged and first time children’s passport applications cannot use our 24/48hr service.

To get your children’s passport application started please read and carefully follow the 9 easy steps below and select a preferred payment method.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR PASSPORT: We provide Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use this service and it costs no more), pay by cheque or you can just call us and pay over the phone with your debit or credit card. We accept payments from the following providers:

9-simple-steps

1. We need the Child’s original birth certificate.
- It should be the long version of the certificate
- It should include the Parent’s names

2. For a Children’s passport renewal we require
- The Child’s previous 5 year passport
Or
- The adult passport that the child was included on

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING YOUR OLD PASSPORT:
- If your passport is damaged except for normal wear and tear – for example the laminate is peeling back from the photograph page you will need to apply for a children’s first time passport.

3. For our express service (24 or 48 hour) you must provide us with a letter of authority to allow us to collect the document on your behalf.

4. Get 2 identical passport photographs (these need to be signed before being sent with your application)

5. Get a passport application form from your nearest post office and fill it out using BLACK INK only

6. Only fill out the following sections:

- Child renewal/First child application/Lost or Damaged child Passport

- Personal Details

- If providing an adult passport that the child is currently on or an expired child passport please supply us with the appropriate passport number

- Complete Parent/Guardian’s details

- If the child is 12-15 years of age include the child’s signature

- Signature of child’s parents/guardians (must remain inside the white box)

If the child’s parents were not married at the time of the child’s birth, this would usually be signed by the child’s mother.

- Section 10 to be completed by the countersignatory in their own handwriting. Your chosen counter-signatory must be a professional NOT related to yourself or the child, have known the signatory of section 9 for 2 years or more and own a current passport.

7. One of the passport photographs must be signed by your counter-signatory with the following: ‘I certify that this a true likeness of (your name), signed (their name)’.

9. Send us the completed form and the old passport (if relevant).

Note: For our 24 and 48 our service you need to collect 2 Royal Mail special delivery envelopes. Address the first envelope to yourself where you want the new passport to be delivered.

Address the second envelope to passport and visa service.

If you are not confident in the Royal Mail you could use Mail Boxes Etc, a very reliable and professional courier service.
